Justin joined The Andrew Agency in 2016 to help clients implement integrated insurance strategies for personalized asset protection. As an independent agent backed by The Andrew Agency’s experience and resources, he works closely with you to review your risk exposures and develop a proactive insurance plan to address important coverage areas.

Prior to joining The Andrew Agency, Justin served for ten years as an independent investment advisor in Charlottesville and Richmond helping individuals, families, estates, and business owners comprehensively manage risk. He also has previous experience working in Central Virginia’s commercial real estate industry focusing on the acquisition, management, and disposition of investment properties. Justin is a Virginia native and received his B.A. degree from the University of Virginia.

B.J. brings 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, focusing on Personal Lines insurance. She earned her designation of Certified Insurance Service Representative 15 years ago and her second designation of Associate in Account Management 10 years ago. She grew up in Mechanicsville and moved back to raise her two children. When she’s not helping clients she likes watching movies with her kids and trail running.

Liz has worked in the insurance industry since 2011 and earned her Property & Casualty license in 2015. Liz assists clients in navigating the complexities of insurance and can help you obtain coverage that best suits your specific needs and budget.

Prior to joining The Andrew Agency, Liz began her career in the insurance industry in 2011 at a local Insurance Brokerage assisting health insurance agents in managing their existing small group clients.

Liz is originally from Mechanicsville, Virginia and relocated to Powhatan in 2016. Outside of the office, Liz enjoys interior decorating, hiking and whitewater rafting. She also loves spending time with her two dogs, Muffin and Cooper.

Prior to joining The Andrew Agency, Beth’s insurance career encompassed many assets of the business, from Underwriting, Claims, Large & Small Commercial Insurance for clients throughout the US and the World.

Beth enjoys quilting, kayaking, and flea market treasure hunting. She also volunteers for local Non-Profit Self-Help groups.
